About Haley

I am currently getting my CDA and will be studying for a degree in childhood education. I know children learn best through play, and I have many activities and games that will teach them while they are also having fun and going on adventures. My skills include patience, creativity, and compassion. In order to teach and care for young children, you need to be patient. A lot of "bad" behavior is developmentally appropriate, It just needs to be redirected. you also need to be creative. If a child gets bored, they start to make choices that may be dangerous or destructive, so it's important to keep their attention and keep them occupied. It's also really important to have compassion. a child will not listen to you if they do not think they can trust you, and showing compassion is how you build that relationship.
