I have gotten my Registered Behavioral Technician certificate this past year and have been working with kids from ages 4-10 who have autism, for a little over a year. Before I became an RBT, I worked in multiple daycares as a lead and assistant teacher. I try to use positive language around the kids I work with and currently help them through ABA techniques. I would be happy to babysit or nanny you kid! I love to play games and try my best to keep the kids happy and safe. I also like to be informative for the parents so that they know what is going on when you are away.

I contacted Haley recently regarding part time care for my daughters, she responded that she might be able to help and then went silent on me. I contacted her few days later to see if she's available but she didn't even bother to respond. Very unprofessional! I don't appreciate having my time wasted like that. If you can't help just say so but don't ignore people after telling them you might be able to help.
