About Haley

Hi my name is Haley! I have been working with children, infant-preteen consecutively for the last 10 years with multiple levels of behavioral, developmental, neurological differences including autism, down syndrome and kids with higher levels of trauma/anxiety. I started baby sitting as a young teenager, and then when I was 16 I got a job at a before/after school program. I stayed there for 3 years until I moved on to becoming a preschool teacher for 3 years and then a paraprofessional for almost 4 years. In summer during school breaks I would work as a mentor for adults with autism and Down syndrome. I also have worked at multiple ABA clinics. I am now a full time ABA Therapist in Western MA. I'd describe my personality as charismatic, passionate and energetic!
