Haley has cared for our son as a part time nanny since he was about 3 months old. She is very dependable and responsible. She is extremely good about following our preferences and instruction - e.g. she was very conscious about ensuring my sons wake windows and sleep / feeding schedules were strictly adhered to (which enabled him to become a good night sleeper). She is great about giving him outdoor time and tummy time and taking him for walks. I have no hesitation recommending her as a caregiver.
