I have worked with special needs children consistently for 3 years, and volunteered at clinics during the summer. I am currently an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) and have been for 2+ years. I love my job because I create long-lasting connections with my clients and meaningful impacts on their families. I do a lot of in-home therapy for my clients currently, so I travel, to their homes and work on daily living tasks like cleaning, brushing teeth, getting dressed, etc. It has by far been my favorite job and I can't wait to create more connections!

Haleigh was supposed to come to our house to meet our daughter/ family. She never showed and did not respond to my texts. I certainly understand things come up, but I don't understand not showing up and not contacting the person expecting you. I'm very disappointed as I had hoped it would work out.
