About Halee

Hi! I am one of 5 children; 3 girls and 2 boys. In my family, there are big age gaps, having become an aunt when I was 11 years old. I have 2 nephews and 2 nieces, being the absolute joy of my life. I've always told myself, "If it's not in God's plan to make me a mother, at least I can play the part, by being an aunt." Growing up, I never knew what I wanted to be the rest of my life. I went to college and received a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, and although I am passionate about helping people, I realized after graduation that it wasn't the path for me. I then took a year to pursue missionary work, and it was targeted to spread the gospel to College students. It wasn't long before I realized that I was actually helping church members children than I was doing what I was there for. Since then, I've moved back home with my parents and pursued teaching elementary students.
