About Hala

I'm passionate about helping children grow and learn, and I've been working as a child based RBT. I have an associates degree in psychology and my experience includes caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I'm a patient and calm person, and I'm always friendly and approachable. I believe that communication with parents is key, and I make sure to keep them updated on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone call, whichever they prefer. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games and puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. I also love to read to children and help them with their homework. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my sisters and friends, hiking, and playing with my cats. I have a car, so I'm able to transport children to and from school or activities.
