I did not know she had a death in her family and was out of the country. That's why she didn't respond for five or six days to my voicemails or messages, so I really don't have a rating for her since I never interacted with her and she never came to work here. But she finally responded, so I wanted to make sure people knew that she is responsible regardless of the time frame since she was not present and out of the country due to a death.
