About Hailley

I have been babysitting/nannying since I was 13 years old. I have experience with children of all ages, including experience with children with special needs. I encourage the teaching of basic sign language and I also have experience with physical and occupational therapies, as well as medication administration. I enjoy the outdoors; camping, hiking, swimming, and reading, drawing, painting, and music. I have my bachelor's in early childhood education and my master's in teacher leadership. I am a huge advocate for creating safe learning and growing environments that focus on social/emotional learning and the overall wellbeing of the whole, unique child. I am new to the SE Michigan area and am currently looking for summer and/or part-time nanny opportunities with the potential to transition to long term, if it's a good fit.
