My name is Hailley. I've have 9 years of longterm childcare experience working as a Nanny. Im CPR/First Aid/AED certified. I have worked with all ages from Newborn up to Pre-Teen. My favorite part of being a nanny is the connections made with the family's. Watching Children hit every milestone and just being able to be part of the progress and educational growth as they grow. I'm also experienced with supervising multiple children at one time. One thing you should know about me is that being a nanny comes natural to me. I already know what a family needs before I start. I have amazing time management skills & multitasking. Even when the previous family's I've worked for still invite me over you will find me still doing chores for the family even on my day off. Hailley’s Care.com review We interviewed a good amount of caregivers when my daughter was two and my son eight to stay home with her and to take her to pick up my son from school 4+ miles away in Brooklyn, NY via subway. We had trouble with sitters calling out at the last minute or being late in the morning but Hailley was our saving grace. She started off as a last minute full-in for us which was amazing. She was reliable and took on additional chores we didn’t expect when my daughter was napping. Eventually she worked with us full time for a year until my daughter went into an all day 3’s program. Hailley is a hard worker and takes her job caring for children very seriously. It’s been a while since she worked with us but we still keep in contact and I’ve enjoyed watching her grow into a loving and caring wife and mother of her own son.
