About Hailie

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. As I have helped take care of my siblings (oldest is eight, youngest is Five) I take great pride in supporting families by providing reliable care for their children. My patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor make me an ideal caregiver. I excel at communicating with parents to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I use their preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone calls. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Playing games is one of my favorite ways to engage with children. I enjoy board games and puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps. I'm comfortable caring for children ages 0-11, and I'm happy to support up to two children at a time.
