About Hailey

I'm looking for a family that I can grow with. Ideally I am looking to find a family I can work with for years to come! I am looking for something full time (and am willing to work the occasional extra hours for special events and date nights) I started working with kids when I was 10 with little babysitting gigs. I did that all through high-school and college. Once I started working more in the social work field a lot of my jobs have been working with kids and youth (for example, I was a behavioral therapist working with children/teens with autism and other mental health disorders). I also am going to be getting my Masters in School social work to continue working with children and youth. One thing you should know about me is I am a big communicator and also tend to be very flexible and open minded. I also have experience working with all types of animals, house sitting, pet sitting and also general household management
