About Hailey

For most of my life I've been working with children in some capacity. I was the primary babysitter in a family of 6 kids, and from the age of 10 I was babysitting for a variety of families outside of my own. Having this responsibility was something that came naturally to me, and now as an actor I take a lot of inspiration from the imaginative and uninhibited creativity of children. Children keep our minds sharp, help us develop patience, and inspire us to see the beauty in the world around us. I work to carry a sense of humility, gentleness, and openness in all I do, and through my experience in child care, I have gained critical skills time management, multitasking and attention to detail. I've worked freelance, as a summer camp counselor, a nursery caretaker, and now as of September of 2023, I've been employed as a nanny with Philadelphia Nanny Network. Now, I am looking to transition out of this agency to work with Care. com in hopes to reach an even larger audience!
