Hailey seemed to be a decent caregiver for my daughter. I depended on Hailey to watch my daughter every other weekend. After two months she accidentally forgot one weekend about a trip she decided to take, and I was stuck using two personal days from work (not very many of those). And didn't hear a word from her since.
