I hired Hailey for a day trial run interview, she seemed excited and said the arrangements were perfect. The morning of she never showed, I messaged her and she didn't respond until hours later that she had a family emergency for her elder and she was so sorry... We moved on, interviewed and hired others, but she messaged us looking for another chance so we gave it her, but this time we scheduled another potential senior care giver for the same time as Hailey as a backup. Well, we obviously learned our lesson because Hailey never showed, called messaged or anything after she was given her 2nd chance. She was a "no call no show", and is completely unreliable. We would not give a 3rd chance, and we would not hire Hailey. If we hadn't planned we would be stuck right now.. Now on to review my last caregiver, R.D.
