About Hailey

Hi, my name is Hailey and I am a dedicated caregiver with years of experience working with children. I am currently in the final semesters of my Master's in Counseling program, working to become a licensed counselor. I'm going to work with children in my future career and my goal is to support their emotional and developmental well-being by fostering safe, engaging, and nurturing environments. I also have one year of experience working with kiddos with autism through ABA therapy, where I developed skills in behavior management, communication, and individualized support. Additionally, I have babysat and nannied on and off throughout college and have cared for children of all ages and needs. I truly love working with kids and believe that they bring so much joy, curiosity, and creativity into the world. I'd love to connect with families looking for long or short term positions!
