Hello! My name is Hailey. I've been a caregiver since I started college. I've grown up in the nursing home setting because my uncle was in bad wreck, paralyzing the left side of his body. Seeing the way the people treated him broke my heart. So as soon as I got to college I knew I was going to make a difference in the elderly lives. I love the elderly, listening to the story's they have to tell. I've done just about everything a caregiver could do. I don't see it as a job. I love what I do and I do it with a passion.
