About Hailey

Hi i'm Hailey! I'm a calm, patient, and friendly childcare provider with two years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for making a positive impact on young lives and supporting families led me to this work. I excel at creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow through age-appropriate activities. I prioritize communication with parents by providing regular verbal updates at pickup and sending additional updates via text or phone call. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, using positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm experienced in caring for up to three children at once, from newborns to preteens. Along with childcare, I'm happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I'm also First Aid and CPR trained, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
