Hi there! My name is Hailey, and I currently work as a certified behavior technician in early intervention, but will be attending UW's Master of Occupational Therapy program in the Fall of 2025 in order to pursue pediatric occupational therapy! I have been a friend and advocate for people with developmental disabilities for as long as I have known, and have been working as a caregiver, paraeducator, and behavior technician for this population for the past 7 years. I am looking for Friday and possibly weekend work for now. I work with kids and adults alike who have any sort of developmental differences; I have worked with a wide range of individuals and am willing to learn from you how to best serve your family. Being a healthcare provider, I am comfortable supporting medically complex individuals, but also have a passion for supporting people with behavioral, sensory, and social differences as well.
