About Hailey

Hey families! I'm a 22-year-old mom who has always had a passion for caring for others. My first experiences are working at my dance studio at a young age, and then from there, I have worked in many diverse situations, from daycare classes to one on one nannying. I am a college graduate . I finished this past semester with an associates degree in science degree. I have a ton of safe courses for childhood development along with CPR, and first aid, and sids training. Within my time in childcare I have learned that my style of care is greatly associated with gentle parenting along with montisory style learning. Creative, ambitious, kind, and trustworthy are words I'd use to describe me. I hope to hear from you soon!
