About Hailey

I have a very large family which means a lot of kiddos. When I was in high school I did babysitting jobs for family friends! Once I graduated, I had some different jobs, restaurants, stores and what not. I've nannied for multiple families. Each brought their different experiences and taught me so much. With one family in particular, I had the pleasure of creating little "lesson plans" as I like to call them where'd l'd sit down with the kiddos and we'd try some writing and we'd do crafts/sensory bins. Whereas in another family, I was getting the kiddos on and off the bus, and l'd take care of their youngest. During the day we'd play, make crafts, and she'd take a nap while I did some house hold chores (straightening up, picking up toys, doing dishes, and laundry, etc.). I am CPR certified, comfortable with pets, and I have my own transportation. Some other things about me, I'm reliable, hardworking, I like structure and routines, and I am organized.
