About Hailey

I'm a childcare provider who's passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of children. With over a year of experience, I specialize in caring for children of various age groups. My friendly and imaginative nature allows me to engage children in creative and educational activities, such as outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles. I have worked in an Elementary School as a teacher's aid/assistant for the past 3 years on my breaks from college and have done 1 on 1 care to children in need of an aid. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular dialogue. I use their preferred method of communication and provide verbal updates at pickup, as well as regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring children's safety and well-being.
