About Hailey

I am a UW Madison grad with dual degrees in elementary and special education. As a former middle school special education teacher of three years and New York City nanny, I consider myself a very patient, calm, and creative childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. My 19 years of experience have equipped me with the skills to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages, from infants to teens. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to keep them updated on their child's day and address any issues that may arise. I am comfortable caring for up to 4 children and am experienced in enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. I love to be involved and engaged by coordinating outside activities, indoor board games, and homework help. I am also a former Colorado summer camp counselor and have a passion for the outdoors!
