Hello! My name is Hailey and I am going into my third year at Cal Poly! As a nurturing and dedicated childcare provider with three years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have equipped me with valuable skills in caring for children and supporting families. I have a friendly and approachable nature that allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships built on trust and respect. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day via their preferred method. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, including outdoor games, board games, and educational games that promote learning in a structural environment. I have taken the initiative to complete First Aid Training and CPR Training, demonstrating my commitment to providing the best possible care for you child.
