Hailey has babysat for us a few times over the last two years and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is engaging with our toddler children and isn't afraid to get on the floor and actually PLAY with them. Its easy to find someone to just watch you kids, but play with them and actually enjoy it is pretty special. She helped us when my youngest was just a few months old and did a wonderful job staying on his schedule while also watching my 2 year old and keeping him happy.
