Hi, I'm Hailey! I'd describe myself as caring, dependable, and fun. I've always had a passion for working with children because they bring so much joy and wisdom to life. Children have a unique way of teaching us about curiosity, resilience, and the beauty of simple moments. Whether it's exploring their creativity, watching them reach milestones, or just sharing a laugh, I find so much fulfillment in supporting their growth. I'm seeking a role where I can build strong, trusting connections with both the children and their family. I want to create a positive, nurturing environment where everyone feels comfortable and cared for. I've held roles as a Lead Preschool Teacher and an Assistant Guide, where I've developed lesson plans, managed classroom routines, and built lasting relationships with families. When I'm not working, I enjoy going on walks, listening to music, doing crafts, and spending quality time with my husband and cat.
