About Hailey

My whole life I have always loved working with children and watching them grow up. I've completed ECE and early childhood development coursework. I have worked in a professional childcare center as an assistant teacher, and was also a volleyball coach for children ages 5-15. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a firm yet gentle manner. A bit about me is that I love playing sports, board games, puzzles, and I'm a HUGE animal lover, and love volunteering at the shelters. I also started a fundraiser over the holidays about two years ago which collects toys and games for children in hospitals (similar to toys for tots). I'm am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and supervising swimming.
