About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey. I'm 19 years old. I'm originally from New Jersey and moved down to Tennessee in August. I'm hardworking, energetic, and love what I do. I've had a few experiences working with children. Junior year of high school I ran a preschool for my dual enrollment course. This consisted of teaching the children, communicating with parents, writing observations, feeding the children, etc. I have also been babysitting since I was a freshman in high school. However, I didn't truly find my passion for working with children until the summer of 2023 when I volunteered at an art camp. I worked with children ages 5-15 and instantly knew that I wanted to work with children in the future. Senior year of high school I interned in a variety of classrooms ranging from kindergarten class to 8th grade special ed. classes. January-August of 2024 I worked at a preschool before moving here.
