Hello! My names Hailey, I'm 27 years old. I love working with children because I can have an impact on their life. I find watching them grow/learn very rewarding. I've been a professional nanny since Aug 2017. I have a lot of experience with having an infant and toddler at the same time. I worked as a Preschool Assistant Teacher at The Academy, a Montessori school Feb 2017-Aug 2017. I worked as a Program Leader for the YMCA March 2016-Feb 2017. I did many trainings/classes through The Academy and YMCA such as CPR, fire safety, bloodbourne safety, child abuse, social and emotional, etc. I'm very patient, loving and nurturing. I know baby sign language. It really helps with communication because babies pick up sign language before they can talk. I love to stay active with the kids and play outside as much as possible. I enjoy taking kids on outings to the library, museum, parks, butterfly pavilion etc. I have daily activities and arts and crafts. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hailey was my nanny for a few years, she did a wonderful job. She would read books to them, sang, did arts and crafts, took them on outings like library, zoo, parks, pools, all kinds of cool kid friendly places!
