About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I'm a student at LBCC. I'm studying Human Development and Psychology. I'm passionate in human services and childcare. I feel as though it's important for children to have a trusted role model to look up to. I have a couple years of volunteer experience with kids. In high school I was a classroom volunteer in a local kindergarten class and I also participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. I spent a year employed at the YMCA's After-school Childcare Program, and I'm currently employed at the Zion Lutheran School working with children aged 6 months- 12 years old. In my spare time, I like to spend time in nature and with my friends. I love music and all things outdoors :) My skills include diffusing meltdowns, communication, patience, empathy, creativity and being involved in play with the children. Looking for recurring babysitting jobs!
