About Hailey

I have worked with children for over the last 10+ years, ranging from babies to teenagers. I also have worked with many different types of children, from kids with behavior issues to toddlers with feeding tubes. I have taken child development courses along with having my PCA and paraprofessional license. I also have worked at a preschool as a tutor and in a few daycare centers. In the daycares I was head teacher of the infant room but also helped out in the toddler and preschool room. I am CPR and SUIDS certified along with americorps training. I am a mother of an almost 2-year-old and give the care to other children I would want given to my own. I am kind and patient, have good organization and planning skills and I can keep cool under stressful situations. I am hard-working and always do any task asked of me without a complaint. I am a very positive person and always find a way to make the worst situations better.
