About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey and I am currently a freshman at the University of North Dakota working to get my undergraduate degree in finance. Throughout high school, I spent a lot of time babysitting and really enjoyed it, but I am not looking for a more stable job with a consistent family. I love the idea of building a stronger connection, rather than just short-term babysitting. Growing up I always had Nannie's who made a very positive impact on me, and I would love to create that same experience for the kids that I work with. My goal is to provide a fun and safe environment while helping to create lasting memories. I am responsible, patient, and love getting to know kids in a way that makes them feel appreciated and comfortable. I also have reliable transportation and am happy to help with bringing them to whatever is needed to make things easier for the family. I would love the opportunity to become a trusted part of the family!
