About Hailey

Hailey has been watching my children at home for a little over 7 months. The only reason we have to part ways is because my kids are starting school. Before she started watching my children at home she was their teacher at a childcare center. Hailey is bright, reliable, affectionate, and dependable. She is well-versed in child development, due to her work history, and she is a natural with children. She relates to our children in such a delightful manner and is always keeping them engaged and interested in what she is doing. Our girls enjoy having Hailey around and miss her when she is gone. Hailey knows how to structure time well and understands the importance of a schedule. She is flexible and comfortable in helping our children navigate their emotions and is knowledgeable about childhood behavior. Hailey is always taking the kids outside to enjoy the weather and is also showing interest in what they find to be fun (bike rides, park visits, bubbles, and chalk play). My husband and I feel fortunate to have had Hailey care for our children over the last 7 months in our home. We are convinced that she has made an impact on our children’s lives and that they are better because she is around and active. Her approach to caring for our daughters complements our parenting style and she respects our boundaries. She is adaptable to our wishes, is eager to learn more, and comfortable in making day-to-day decisions for our children when we are not around. We feel that anyone would be lucky to have Hailey care for their children.
