About Hailey

I have a passion for making a positive impact on children's lives. With five years of experience as a childcare provider, I have the skills and knowledge to ensure the safety and well-being of children of all ages. I have worked at an at-home daycare, I have experience as a swim instructor for kids, I was summer nanny two years in a row, and am currently a dance teacher at Excel Dance Centre. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open communication with parents and am happy to follow their preferred communication method. I love to be outside, go swimming, go to the park, and play educational and fun games. I have a car with reliable transportation and I have a very flexible schedule.
