About Hailey

I have a passion for making a positive impact on children's lives. With five years of experience as a childcare provider, I have the skills and knowledge to ensure the safety and well-being of children of all ages. I have worked at an at-home daycare, I have experience as a swim instructor for kids, I was summer nanny two years in a row, and am currently a dance teacher at Excel Dance Centre. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open communication with parents and am happy to follow their preferred communication method. My favorite games to play with children include educational games that promote learning, as well as outdoor sports and physical games. I also enjoy playing board games and puzzles.
