About Hailey

I'm a friendly, patient individual currently studying child and adolescent development at California State San Marcos. My passion for nurturing and caring for children fuels my desire to pursue a career in childcare. With three years of experience in childcare, I have the knowledge and skills to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for your child. I have experience working with children from infants to preteens and am comfortable caring for up to three children simultaneously. I enjoy engaging in outdoor sports and physical games, as well as educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and will follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep you updated on your child's day or any issues that arise. In addition to my ECE coursework, I am First Aid and CPR certified. I'm also willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
