About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, Over the last year, I have had the privilege of working as a preschool teacher, where I created dynamic and engaging learning environments tailored to the unique needs of each child. My experience in the classroom has equipped me with a wealth of strategies to support early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional growth. In addition to my role as a preschool teacher, I have also provided care as a nanny. This experience has refined my ability to offer one-on-one support and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Being a nanny has allowed me to understand the importance of a nurturing and structured environment in a child's development, and I take immense pride in my ability to adapt to the needs of each child and family I work with. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.
