Hailey is absolutely spectacular. My daughter is 12 months old and Hailey has been watching her regularly for a few months now. My daughter adores her. They go to the park, library, and play places. Hailey reads to her and is actively engaged in play all day long. She also does a great job following a schedule and preparing healthy meals and snacks.
