About Hailey

Meet Hailey! Foundations Learning Institute emerged from her deep passion for Early Childhood Education and her desire to improve upon the limitations she encountered in traditional/commercial daycare settings. As a mother of three, Hailey personally faced challenges like high staff turnover, a lack of individualized care, and the toll these issues took on her children, particularly in managing separation anxiety. Motivated by these experiences, she envisioned a nurturing childcare environment where children feel secure, develop meaningful connections with caregivers, and thrive in small groups. At Foundations Learning Institute, most children stay from enrollment through kindergarten, benefiting from the continuity of care and stability. Hailey holds a CDA credential, is licensed with the state of Texas, and has spent over a decade engaged in child psychology.
