About Hailey

As a childcare professional with nine years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to easily build rapport with both children and parents. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. While I am comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize fostering a positive and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. I am also willing to assist with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, and travel. My diverse background includes experience with special needs children, and I am certified in both First Aid Training and CPR Training. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only care for one child at a time.
