About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, and I have a passion for working with children. I'm a college student, studying to become a school social worker. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I supported children with autism in developing essential life skills. With years of experience caring for kids of all ages, I understand the importance of patience, creativity, and individualized support. As the oldest of three sisters, I've had a lifelong role as a caregiver, and my experience working with children extends from babysitting to professional behavioral therapy. I'm reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children. Whether it's helping with homework, engaging in play-based learning, or simply making sure kids feel comfortable and cared for, I strive to create positive experiences for every child I work with.
