About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as fun, safe, caring, patient I have always loved and cared for kids, I treat them as I would my own. Kids are pretty easy to me and caring for them feels natural. Anyone that knows me knows I am amazing with kids I'm looking for a job that is fun and busy I love staying busy always finding things for kids to do like coloring, going for walks, playing outside, etc. I started working with kids on my own when I was 13 Around the age of 8 I started helping out at my aunts day care. I was known as "the baby hog" I was a great helper. In my spare time I love doing, family dinners with my niece's and nephew two of them 3 and one of them 2 months :) snowmobiling, lake activities, anything outdoors. I am a very shy person at first. I am kind and very respectful. Once your kids warm up to me they will love me. My job is to have them follow the parent's rules, have fun with them, and keep your child(ren) safe all while making sure they have a good day as well.
