About Hailey

During the week I work full time in ABA therapy working with special needs kids helping them understand the basics of life. Also for my first year of working with kids I worked at a middle school helping kids understand what was being taught and helping them with anything extra that they needed! I started working with kids when I was a kid though started to do it full time at 19. I stopped for a few months and missed it so I got into the ABA field soon after In my spare time, I like to be outside, do artsy stuff, and spend time with my family and friends! My husband and I try to do as much outdoorsy stuff as possible if not we come up with ways to stay active in the house! One thing you should know about me is I always put the kids first, safety is number 1 for me and I always try to make sure they have a fun time! My skills include helping kids calm down when it's hard too. I always make sure things stay clean, and I also problem solve pretty well.
