About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey, and I am a dedicated wife and mother to a wonderful 9-month-old baby girl. I'm passionate about childcare and love providing hands-on, engaging learning experiences. I enjoy getting outside, exploring nature, and incorporating interactive activities that foster curiosity and growth. At home, we follow a Montessori-inspired approach but are open to other learning styles that best suit your child. I strive to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children learn through play, creativity, and real-world experiences. I'm comfortable with animals, as we have pets of our own. Ideally, I'd love a position where I can bring my daughter along on the days my husband works 24-hour shifts, allowing the children to learn and play together.
