About Hailey

Hi my name is Hailey & I am 20 years old. I received my AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences last summer. I am currently a Junior in college, attending Cal State San Marcos, doing fully online courses. 2 summers ago I was a Summer Day Camp Counselor for the City of Temecula (2023). After this I did an internship for the City of Temecula, where I worked in the Community Services department & did programming for special needs children & their families. I moved on to work as a Behavioral Technician for Maxim Healthcare, where I helped children with disabilities improve their life skills & fine motor skills. I currently work part-time as the Youth Minister for my church, & still feel a calling to work with children and to care for the young. As a patient & friendly caregiver, I feel confident in my abilities to provide a safe & nurturing environment for your little ones. I believe in open & honest communication with parents, & will work closely to ensure that your child’s needs are met.
