About Hailey

I've always had a passion for working with children and helping them grow and learn. With over a decade of experience as a childcare provider, I am confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your children. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles motivated me to pursue a career in child care, as I find great joy in making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families. I am patient, calm, and friendly, and I believe in open communication with parents to ensure their children's needs are met. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children of all ages. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, both educational and recreational. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid, and I have a college degree in special education. I am currently an Intervention specialist. In addition to English, I am proficient in American Sign Language.
