About Hailey

I'm passionate about childcare and have 15 years of experience as a nanny and babysitter. I also worked as a summer camp counselor at a local private school and have coached at many different basketball camps promoting youth development. I'm patient and calm and love playing games and teaching kids new things. I'm also happy to help with light housework and errands. While I follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules, I have experience enforcing them when necessary. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide regular updates on your child's day. I hold 2 graduate degrees and have 6 years of college basketball experience. I currently hold a remote full time job from 8am-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and have experience with all age groups.
