HI, I'm Hailey! For around 5 years now, I have been helping families with off & on childcare and routine babysitting. For the past 4 years however, my primary role has been as a CNA in a long-term care setting. As a result of the combination of both, I have a broad skill set am able to easily adapt. I would say the most valuable skill I've gained in my time as a CNA would be my ability to maintain someone else's routines/regular schedules. I find what I do (both with elders & kiddos) to be extremely rewarding, especially when the reward is to be able to watch a child grow and blossom. I am also a firm believer that we learn just as much from children as they learn from us. I look forward to hearing from you!
