About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I'd describe my personality as responsible, down to earth, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I want to be a positive role model in their lives. I'm looking for a job that has a set schedule offering some flexibility. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I babysat throughout high school for various families. I also volunteered my senior year at a local elementary school. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends and do activities outside such as walking and biking. I also love to read a good book. One thing you should know about me is I love being outdoors and living an active lifestyle. My skills include patience, empathy, and organization.
