Most recently, I was a float teacher, working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. I'm trained in CPR, first aid, and choking relief, and I've completed various trainings through Colorado Shines. I have experience in potty training, safe sleep practices, and toddler-based curriculums. I'm patient, calm, outgoing, creative, and loving. I'm currently looking for a family with an older child(3-6) as my son(4) will be joining me for summer care only. I'm available part-time for 3-4 days a week, but I'm open to full-time work for the right family. I am passionate about Conscious Discipline and structuring our days around the four domains of development, really focusing on social-emotional learning. Hailey has many strengths, so I would hesitate to sum her up in just one. While she nannied for us for only a short time, Hailey was consistently reliable, caring and kind, and put our son's safety first. She kept me well informed throughout the day of my son's activities, meals/snacks, diaper changes, and naps and often included photos via an app she used when she worked for the daycares. She was engaging with our son specifically singing, reading, and talking to him in light of her son also being there. As a first-time mom and medical professional, I was really thankful when we found Hailey because she helped put my mind at ease that my son would be okay while I was at work and her son just added to the fun. Hailey is eager to please and open to constructive criticism when you offer it in kindness and respect. Without hesitation, I would rehire Hailey. Hailey is a mom, so she "gets it". She treated our son with love, respect, and dignity. She encouraged him to learn and meet new milestones daily. She spoke gently with him and redirected him when he was struggling. My husband and I were incredibly pleased to meet Hailey and her son. I'd encourage you to have a practice interview with her if she meets the criteria you are looking for. She will be hired quickly by someone, I have no doubt.
