About Hailee

Hello! I just moved to Grand Forks in the beginning of October with my boyfriend and 3 kitties. I worked in a daycare for 2 years but have been doing child care for much longer! My passion and love for children definitely blossomed when my little brother was born and just grew from there. I have about 10 years of experience in child care, in home and like I previously stated, 2 years in a center. My preference is to go back to in home as I have realized I enjoy smaller groups and one-on-ones more than bigger groups. I have some experience in each age group, I have most in infants- 6 years old. I believe children learn best from play based learning especially in the younger years, so you can count on them doing fun activities and always being busy, while of course, learning. On top of that i'm always willing to make your life a little bit easier by helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking. Your children's safety, happiness and wellbeing is always my number one priority.
